In the summer of 2025, Michael Sell was hired to lead Irongate Industrial. A 20-year veteran in the real estate industry with proven expertise in finance, brokerage, and development, his unique perspective and diverse skillset is well-suited to guide Irongate into the future. A graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, earning a BS in Finance with a minor in Engineering Entrepreneurship, he is also a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) as well as a former adjunct real estate instructor at the Community College of Allegheny County (CCAC). A three year letterman at Penn State, Michael has coached the sport of Rugby at Fox Chapel High School and Central Catholic High School, and he remains an active member of the Penn State Rugby Alumni Association.
